Optimal Gear Design
All gears are stress analyzed in combination with optimal
design on tooth surface, dramatically reducing impact and
noise of gear engagement, while increasing the service life of gear train.

Wear-Resistant and Durable Gears
Gears are precision machined from Nickel Chromolybdenum alloy steel;tempered and nitrided on tooth surfaces to achieve excellent wear-resistance and durability.

Rigid Gearbox Housing
The gearbox housing is manufactured from grey cast iron with tempering treatment to relieve stress.

Low Backlash!High Torque Output!
The gear reducer employs a transformed gear design, featuring high engagement percentage, smooth running, low noise,low backlash and high torque output.

Precision Ground Gears
All gears are hardened and precision ground to ensure
running accuracy, low noise, increased impact resistance and increased service life.

Precision Bearings
The radial and axial load of bearings is carefully calculated,
combined with the use of top quality bearings, such as SKF,FAG or NSK for extra long service life.

Forced Lubrication and Cooling
The gearbox is equipped with a forced lubrication circuit and a newly designed cooling with filter system, exhibiting excellent heat dissipation performance. The interior of the gearbox is treated with oil-resistant paint.

The oil seal mounting position is specially machined to assure a superior sealing effect and long life.

Air Ring:
The unique flow design of our air ring eliminates film chatter while uniformly providing the air volume needed for high production speeds, optical properties and thickness control  are also improved. Built based on a latest new design, the air ring  stands out for its exceptional efficiency on double lip production for LLDPE and LDPE as well as single lip for HDPE.
Fabricated in a special  aluminum alloy, it is machined with great care to avoid turbulence. Hoses with tangential inlets leading from the air box to the ring provide an even, turbulence free flow of air. The blower-system is dimensioned in accordance with volume and pressure requirements to supply the system with its cooling needs.

  • The air inlet and outlet ports are specially designed for great cooling efficiency, uniform air flow in and out without turbulence problems.

Screw:
The screw is manufactured from alloy steel, hard chrome plated, nitride and specially treated to ensure uniform hardness on each point. Choice of screw diameter from 25mm to 150mm permits fast extruding with outstanding mixing effect.
  • Uniform die flow channels layout for even thickness of film.
  • Flow channels are hard chrome plated to avoid material obstruction.
  • High torque makes high productivity possible.
  • Excellent flow channels design exhibits high plasticization.
  • Spiral die construction keeps flow channels smooth without flow line marking.

Die:
We offer mono & co-extrusion dies for producing single and up to three-layer film structures. Range of die diameters is from 10mm to 1200mm. depending on the required function, we design and manufacture three types of die, including spiral, rotating and spider type. Die is manufactured from high quality alloy steel, nitride and precision ground to ensure non-transformation of material under high temperatures. Flow channels are hard chrome plated and undergo a high polishing treatment, providing smooth flow channels while avoiding obstruction of materials. This results in excellent film quality and maximum uniformity of film.

Oscillating Nip Roller Device :
Oscillating nip roller system effectively solves the troublesome rotary die cleaning and maintenance problems which have occurred for several decades. In addition, it assures uniform air flow-resulting in even film thickness.
  • Clockwise and counter clockwise rotating speed is variable through an inverter control.
  • Simplified construction and easy to maintain.
  • Optimal air-flow distribution design assures maximum uniformity of film thickness.

Co-Extrusion Die:
According to 3-layer co-extrusion die, the material composition can be two-layer A+B structure, and three-layer A+B+C or A+B+A, Die is manufactured from high quality alloy steel-nitrided and precision ground to ensure zero transformation of material under high temperatures. Flow channels are hard chrome plated and high polished, providing smooth flow channels and zero obstruction of material. The specially designed die improve uniformity of film thickness.
