PE Stretch Film Blown Film Machine

Chyi Yang will show one set "PE Stretch Film Blown Film Machine" in 2010 K show. Chyi Yang's PE Stretch Film Blown Film Machine is for producing PE stretch film & PE cling film. We OEMs with German technology for a liquid PIB injection system to inject the liquid adhesive into the screw to get the sticky film. The old method uses solid pellets which is a sticky mix with resin to produce stretch film. This technology supplies you another choice, using the PIB injection system to inject the liquid adhesive into the screw to mix the resin to produce stretch film. This technology allows you to adjust the stickiness you need and also save resin cost, because the solid pellets are more expensive than liquid and not so easy to buy in the market. The fully automatic cut and changing reels winder is standard to let you save labor cost. Additionally, the winder is equipped with no-tension control which allows the film to be the same tension and won't tighten the paper cores. The co-speed controller controls the speed of take-up unit and winder to be the same, so the film won't be stretched and can keep the stretch after winding. This machine can produce 10 rolls of film width 300mm or 6 rolls of film width 500mm at one time, and the output can be 100-150kgs/hr. for 1-layer 75mm extruder.

Chyi Yang has three kinds of different Rewinder Machines to match the Co-Extrusion PE Stretch Blown Film Machine. Rewinder machines are used in rewinding the jumbo roll to be small rolls. You can set the meter you need to rewind the film to sell in the market. Chyi Yang provides you three rewinder machines: one is a fully automatic rewinder machine for film width at 300mm, one is a fully automatic rewinder machine for film width at 500mm. These two machines can automatically feed the paper core, rewind, cut and change new paper core. They are very easy to operate in fully automatic condition. The maximum speed is 600 meters per minute. Chyi Yang has several patents for these machines. If you consider your various products, there is another choice: the semi-automatic rewinder machine. This machine can allow for film width at 200-550mm, so you can sell different widths of film in your market.

Production Lines

The finished products include PE shopping bags, PP garment bags, PE zipper bags, PE Cling film, PVC shrinkable film, PE Stretch film, PE waterproof film for baby diaper & sanitary napkin etc.

Any of our extruder machines can be equipped with all accessories that customers need to produce their products as rotary die device, auto-loader, surface treater, static electricity eliminator, DC motor, inverter controlled motor, width tubular controller, air compressor, chiller etc.

The flexographic printing machines are suitable to print PE film, PP film, PS bags, some kinds of rolling paper, packing paper & glass paper. The bag making machine and sealing and cutting machine are for producing flat bag, T-shirt bag, garbage bag, side sealing bag, dotting bags, folding bag, glove bag & various bags. The final step is Recycling and palletizing machine for recycling PE, PP, PS sheet and re-palletize in order to use to save the resin cost.
